Sunshine Acres is centrally located to all that east Tennessee has to offer, here is just a sample of what is available for your family to enjoy while visiting.

~ The Great Smokey Mountain National Park and all it has to offer is just 45 minutes to the west, and waiting for you to explore it!

~ Visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville they are just a short 30 minute drive to the west.

~ Visit Dollywood Adventure Parks in Sevierville just 30 minutes to the west.

~ Enjoy Forbidden Caverns under the mountains 25 minutes north/west of us.

~ Skydive East Tennessee located in Dandridge 25 minutes to the north.

~ Walk the streets of Historic Dandridge just a 20 minute drive to the north.

~ The Briarwood Ranch Safari Park is located in Bybee TN just 30 minutes to the north.

~ River Rafting in Hartford TN just 20 minutes to the east.

~ Just over the boarder to the east is Maggie Valley NC, Bryson City NC, and Ashville NC all within an hour's drive!

Present Activities

~ All sites are equipped with water, sewer and 30 or 50 amp service.

~ Enjoy a hike thru 15 acres of wooded hill side.

~ Gaze at the stars while sitting by a fire.

~ View wildlife in its natural habitat.
